You don’t need branding or a website. 

👀 Said the internet “gurus”. 

 

I’ve recently heard numerous “gurus” talk about how you don’t need branding or a website to start and run a profitable business. 

 

But here’s the truth–

If you’re running a business, you already have branding. 



Regardless if you’ve had professional branding done before, if you D.I.Y. or if you haven’t ever touched Canva, you already have some sort of combination of things that comes together and makes your branding what it is. 



What truly matters isn't adding more x, y, z things to your business, it's the first impression your brand makes.

 

Let me give you an example:

When was the last time you stumbled upon someone’s website or social media and it was all over the place. So much so that you couldn’t even understand what the person actually does or offers. 😵‍💫

 

Or, you landed on someone’s page and it looked suspicious a.f. For a second you even doubt–is this person/brand even real or is this all a scam? Should I even trust you with my email? 🤔  

 

The first impression counts.

 

 

It takes anywhere from just 17 to 50 milliseconds for people to form a first impression. It's built in our human nature.

 

So, now you say:

 

“Ok, Verô, got it. I’ll just make my (insert branded thing here) pretty and it’ll all be ok. 🤙”

Hold the tea, friend–

 

Because it’s not just about having the most beautiful color palette, adding script fonts to your graphics or applying the most mesmerizing animations to your website. 

 

 

 

It’s about your branding as a whole.

It’s about your vision, feelings and intention.

It’s about how all these things come together and create a long-lasting experience for your audience. 

 

Visual branding is a form of deep connection.
